Retail Operations Associate (ROA) Who are you?

A dedicated individual who is consistently working to raise the bar and not settle for anything less. An operational savvy executor and troubleshooter who is highly efficient at getting a variety of tasks done behind the scenes at TLS Retail Stores. The purpose of this role is to allow for operational efficiency and ultimately a seamless execution of our Guest Experience at Store Level.

What you will do:

  • GIVE A SH*T - PUTTING PASSION INTO YOUR LIFE AND WORK TO DRIVE RESULTS
  • Achieve consistency and cohesive brand image by living our values and driving our principals.
  • Executes day to day operational store tasks with excellence, as directed by TLS Store Management, Warehouse, Retail, Product and VM Teams.
  • Provides a smooth experience for Sales Team by ensuring a timely movement of merchandise from delivery to sales floor.
  • Handles merchandise meticulously and ensures it is moved to the sales floor in a timely manner with the highest of standards.
  • Raises the bar with backroom expectations, cleanliness, organization and meets the expectations of these standards as set by the Retail, Product, and VM Functions.
  • GO TEAM SCOOP - WE WORK AS A TEAM IN ALL OUR TASKS
  • You are part of 'TEAM SCOOP' this means you support your teammates and do your best to help others.
  • Feedback is good and constructive. Don't shy away from giving it.
  • Be open-minded and approach all tasks with a can-do attitude.
  • Provide daily updates on completion of tasks and duties to Store Management.

  • Be Genuine in all you do and be there for the Retail Team to assist during operating hours for a seamless Guest Experience.
  • Provide feedback to Store Management on observations to achieve and improve operational efficiency goals.

Requirements

  • Solutions Orientated mindset.
  • Operational, technology savvy, highly efficient in task completion.
  • Proficient with POS system. TLS policies & procedures
  • Understands TLS sales targets, goals, and expectations
  • High level of integrity with product handling, picking, packing, care.
  • Restock products as they sell
  • Comply with inventory control procedures
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
  • Build trusting relations with team members.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
