Manage Product Lines:
Take responsibility for infection prevention and medical consumables.Develop Relationships:
Build and maintain trust with decision-makers in hospitals, LTCs, and pharmacies across Western Canada (with quarterly travel to Eastern Canada).Expand Territory:
Drive business growth, achieve sales targets, and explore new customer opportunities.Provide Expertise:
Offer tailored advice, training, and technical support to clients.Execute Sales Strategies:
Define and deploy effective plans to meet sales goals, prospect new customers, and track field actions via CRM.Lead Key Projects:
Work on public tenders, participate in healthcare events, and maintain competitive intelligence.What We're Looking ForIf you have over 5 years of sales experience, are proactive, and enjoy taking ownership of your work, you'll be a great fit! We're seeking someone with:
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skillsA dynamic, positive, and results-driven attitudeExceptional customer service skills and leadership abilitiesAssets:
