You will play a crucial role in leading the charge for our digital marketing efforts.

Reporting directly to our VP, Growth Marketing, you will be integral to making medivalet.com a lead generating machine that reinforces our strengths.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy, Demand Generation, Analytics & Reporting

Digital Strategy

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content and supporting the company's SEO strategy.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all social channels.
Working with the senior content marketing manager, ensure the editorial calendar is effectively promoted across the website and social media channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
Using digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and create an invaluable customer experience.

Demand Generation

Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to drive lead quality.
Create high conversion landing pages and optimize the user experience.
Design and implement demand generation strategies through digital marketing.
Identify critical conversion and drop-off points and optimize to increase lead flow via the website.

Analytics & Reporting

Analyze digital metrics to identify trends and insights, using the data to optimize performance.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across the website.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing activities, providing actionable insights by tracking goals such as ROI and key performance indicators (KPI).
Provide weekly and monthly analysis reports on digital metrics.

Have strong project management skills.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Proficiency in using web analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEMrush.
Working proficiency with tools such as WordPress and HubSpot.
Experience with paid media and Google Adwords campaigns an asset.
Basic understanding of HTML
