Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Simon Fraser Lodge. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.

About the Role

The LPN will be responsible for administering medications, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans, monitoring residents' health and wellbeing, and ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, identifying any changes or concerns
• Educate residents and their families on healthcare needs and provide support
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents

Required Qualifications

• BCCNM Registry within your designation
• Maintains Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for providing high-quality care to seniors
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

• $32.84 - $41.35 per hour
