Job Overview:
We are looking for extremely motivated and passionate HVAC technicians who would like to be a part of an exciting new company fighting climate change through disrupting the residential HVAC industry.
We are looking for individuals with deep install experience to help us continue to refine and improve the processes and procedures that we will be implementing across North America.
You will be responsible for removing existing furnaces and installing heat pump systems with our proprietary control system and software, and collaborating with engineering teams on how the product can be improved and the install process streamlined.
Responsibilities:
Install new heat pump systems Remove existing heating and cooling systems Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes when installing or repairing systems Collaborate with other technicians and engineering teams on the product and processes Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questions Requirements:
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role HVAC/R Red Seal (preferred), but also open to experienced apprentices Gas Fitter B (preferred), but also open to experienced apprentices Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems with preference for heat pumps Ability to read blueprints and schematics Familiarity with residential building codes and regulations Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions Job Type:
