We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Personal Assistant to provide vital support to our CEO.
This is an opportunity for someone organized and eager to help streamline operations in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule Coordination:
Maintain and manage the CEO's daily calendar, including appointments and meetings.
• Communication Management:
Respond to and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence.
• Administrative Support:
Handle day-to-day tasks, paperwork, and follow-ups.
• Meeting Preparation:
Organize agendas, prepare documents, and ensure action items are tracked.
• Travel Arrangements:
Book and manage travel itineraries and accommodations.
• Special Projects:
Assist with research, presentations, and other assignments as needed.
• Confidentiality:
Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.What We're Looking For:
• Previous experience as an Administrative or Personal Assistant is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar tools.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.Compensation:
• Hourly Wage:
