As a talented Certified Dental Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve our vision of becoming the icon of orthodontic excellence by building self-esteem, one beautiful smile at a time.
We offer a competitive hourly wage of $45-$55 CAD, plus a quarterly bonus.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and orthodontic coverage for employees and their families.
We also cover yearly CDA licensing fees, provide an annual uniform and shoe allowance, and offer an educational reimbursement program.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include bringing patients in for their visit with enthusiasm, ensuring they receive optimal hygiene treatment based on clinical findings, and preparing and maintaining all dental instruments, supplies, and equipment.
You'll work closely with fellow team members to provide a positive atmosphere of trust, respect, and cooperation.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess great energy for a fast-paced environment and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A background in dental assisting is essential, with successfully completed CDA (Completion of NDAEB Exam) certification and experience in an orthodontic office preferred but not required.
An orthodontic module is required for this position.
