About the Job

Position: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Noida

Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager with a solid background in enterprise sales and a well-established network within the SAP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have around 15 years of industry experience, consistently achieving sales targets, and demonstrating leadership in driving business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating key client relationships, executing strategic sales plans, and contributing to the company's revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales efforts focused on enterprise accounts, particularly within the SAP environment, ensuring strong pipeline management and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers in large enterprise organizations.
• Utilize your established network within the SAP community to identify new business opportunities and drive strategic partnerships.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including proposal creation, contract negotiation, and execution.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, technical support) to deliver solutions that meet client needs and drive customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide junior sales team members, providing insights and strategies for achieving sales objectives.
• Analyze sales performance data, forecast revenues, and report on key metrics to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to expand business opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and SAP-related developments to provide customers with the latest insights.

Must have:

• 12-15 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven ability to close high-value deals and exceed targets.
• Strong knowledge of SAP solutions and a robust network within the SAP ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success in developing and managing key enterprise accounts, driving consistent revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software solutions, digital transformation, and ERP systems.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to travel as required to meet with clients, attend events, and pursue new business opportunities.
