DESCRIPTION
Personne qui conçoit, analyse, évalue et fournit les techniques professionnelles du secteur des relations de travail dans le but de garantir un rendement optimal.
FONCTIONS SPÉCIFIQUES
• Conseille et soutient les cadres dans l'interprétation et l'application des conventions collectives ;
• Participe à l'ensemble du processus d'enquête : collecte d'informations, rencontre des parties prenantes, analyse des informations et prise de décision ;
• Rédige des mesures disciplinaires et assure le suivi avec les gestionnaires ;
• Participe à la gestion des conflits et soutient les gestionnaires dans leurs interventions ;
• Participe aux comités de relations de travail et négocie les accords entre l'employeur et le syndicat, tels que les lettres d'accord et le règlement des griefs ;
• Fournit des conseils concernant l'amélioration des activités de l'équipe des relations de travail.
Éducation:
Baccalauréat en sciences de l'administration, relations industrielles, droit ou une autre discipline universitaire appropriée ;
Être membre de l'Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines du Québec - CRHA (CRI, IRC, CIRC, CHRP) ou d'un Barreau canadien est un atout.
Expérience :
Une (1) années d'expérience pertinente en relations de travail.
Connaissances et habiletés :
Bonne connaissance de la législation, de la réglementation, du réseau et des programmes du ministère et des tendances actuelles du MSSS ;
Excellentes compétences en communication interpersonnelle, leadership et travail d'équipe ;
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et en présentation ;
Connaissance des modèles, des tendances et des problèmes liés aux services de santé et aux services sociaux des Premières Nations constitue un atout ;
Connaissance de la culture, de la langue et des problèmes sociaux et de santé des Cris à Eeyou Istchee est un atout
Excellentes aptitudes à la pensée critique, à la synthèse, à la planification et à la prise de décision ;
Bonnes compétences informatiques avec Word, Excel et PowerPoint.
LANGUES
• Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français ;
• Maîtrise du cri est un atout.
AUTRE
• Disponible pour voyager sur une base régulière ;
• Possibilité de télétravail.
