Il est à la recherche d'un(e) superviseur(e) opérations passionné(e) et motivé(e) pour gérer leurs services partagés (peinture, jet de sable (sandblast), nettoyage, département d'outillage). Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les départements de qualité, planification, méthode, achats, ingénierie et technologies de fabrication pour garantir la production de produits complexes de haute qualité, dans les délais impartis.

Vous aurez l'opportunité :
D'optimiser le flux de production en collaboration avec le chef, flux de valeur;

De définir et suivre les objectifs d'opérations, assurer le respect des délais et des budgets;
De proposer des améliorations pour optimiser la rentabilité et l'efficacité de l'équipe;
De soutenir les plans de formation des employés.

Si les éléments suivants vous décrivent :
Diplôme d'études collégiales technique (DEC) dans un domaine pertinent;
3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de personnel syndiqué dans un environnement manufacturier;
Connaissance intermédiaire de MS Office et d'un système ERP;
Être admissible au Programme des marchandises contrôlées ;
Bilinguisme (français et anglais, parlé et écrit).
