As demand for our products continues to grow across North America we are seeking a well-organized, highly motivated individual to join our inside sales team in a full-time, long-term role.

Location:

This position is on-site at our offices, connected to our production shop, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across all departments. Join us and be part of a team that's shaping the future of trench safety.

What You'll Do:

Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and service.
Make and receive sales calls.
Produce accurate and timely quotes.
Manage customer accounts and build long-term relationships.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Contribute to the growth and development of our sales processes.

Excellent Communicator & Listener: You excel at listening to customer needs and delivering solutions. As well as prioritize communication with the leadership team.
Service Minded Approach: You prioritize customer success and satisfaction.
Organizational Skills: You are administrative, and enjoy working on details without losing sight of the big picture.
Problem Solver with a Proactive Mindset: You thrive on overcoming challenges and finding creative solutions.
Mechanically and technically Inclined: You have a hands on approach and mindset and enjoy hard work.
Growth-Oriented & Creative: You're eager to learn, and contribute to building our sales function.
Preferred Experience: Familiarity with the underground construction industry and prior sales or customer service experience.
