Master's degree in an area relevant to school-based leadershipPossession of a current Alberta Teaching CertificateIn Alberta, teachers designated in principal or acting principal roles must hold the Alberta Leadership Certification (temporary Leadership Certification may be granted but the individual must meet full requirements for Leadership Certification within 3 years)A minimum of three years as a successful school-based administratorOutstanding interpersonal skills as well as verbal/written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to remain current with information technologiesPlease note:
