Are you a First Nations, Metis, or Inuit professional with experience in commercial or business banking?

We're looking for you to join our team as a Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking, in Red Deer, AB.

As a Commercial Banking team member, you'll provide tailored financial solutions that support client growth, cash flow, and risk management. As a Relationship Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of clients, actively develop new business, and ensure top-tier service. Acting as a strategic partner, you'll offer flexible solutions, expert insights, and timely advice to help clients achieve their goals. Success involves building strong client relationships, leveraging referrals, collaborating with internal teams, and proactively addressing client needs with customized, impactful proposals.

REQUIREMENTS

Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
Strong oral/written communication skills
Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Strong client service skills
Experience in Commercial or Business Banking
Strong understanding of financial statements and account principles including valuation techniques and cash flow analysis
Experience managing the credit quality of a commercial banking portfolio with clients needing $1.5MM-$10MM in credit and/or complex cash management solutions
