Job Title: Store Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store in Lac La Biche. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building a strong team, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team:
Recruit, train, and coach a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Drive Sales Growth:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
Manage Store Operations:
Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:
Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
Manage Store Budget:
Manage the store budget, including forecasting sales, controlling expenses, and managing inventory.

Requirements:
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
Education:
