• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Sales Executive to drive new market share and retain and expand sales revenue in assigned account base.
• The primary focus is to develop strong partnerships with our customers and find and close deals.
• This is a hybrid role based in Grande Prairie and surrounding area, requiring travel up to 25% of the time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Finding and closing deals, developing and pursuing sales strategies aimed towards protecting Ricoh base, and finding net new business opportunities in your region.
• Developing a strong understanding of our products and services and demonstrating expertise in solving customer problems with the benefits of our solutions.
• Presenting Ricoh's Print, Communication & IT Services to potential clients, creating proposals that outline pricing models, implementation strategies, and other details pertaining to client projects.
• Maintaining accurate information of your activities, next steps, probabilities, communications, and forecasting within our Salesforce CRM.
• Working with marketing teams to promote new products or services to existing clients.

• Minimum 3-5 years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably in the industry.
• Valuable negotiating skills with ability to effectively turnaround objections and work around business obstacles.
• Experienced with nurturing ongoing business connections, enjoying building meaningful relationships quickly familiarizing yourself with clients and their needs.
• Possesses organizational and project management skills and strong self-motivation to drive results.

• A competitive salary:
  $60,000 - $80,000 per year (commission-based)
• Additional pay:
