We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team in Ontario. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring products are displayed effectively to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company goals and objectives
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand product offerings and identify opportunities for improvement in retail spaces
• Maintain an organized inventory of merchandise and ensure timely restocking of products
• Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, signage, and overall store aesthetics
• Provide training and support to retail staff on merchandising best practices
• Analyze sales data to determine the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and make recommendations for adjustments
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 2 years of experience in retail merchandising or a related field
• Strong sales skills with a track record of driving product sales through effective merchandising techniques
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail to enhance visual merchandising efforts
Salary and Benefits
• Competitive hourly rate: $15.50 per hour
• Part-time, fixed-term contract (3 months)
• Flexible schedule: Monday to Friday, morning shift

• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle to travel to multiple stores
