Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist with a deep understanding of Insurtech solutions to join our dynamic team.
As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives, building relationships with clients, and promoting our innovative insurance technology products and services.
This position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the industry, profound knowledge of the insurance sector, and fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence in the MENA Region, Canada, and the USA.
Identify and engage prospective clients within the insurance industry, including insurers, brokers, and agencies, to understand their technical needs and challenges.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our Insurtech solutions, effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to tailor solutions to meet client requirements and address specific market demands.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers to foster long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and provide insights for product enhancement.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts, negotiating terms and pricing to close deals in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide post-sales support and ongoing account management to ensure seamless implementation, adoption, and retention of our solutions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market developments using CRM tools for reporting and analysis purposes.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote brand awareness and establish thought leadership in the Insurtech domain.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the Insurtech or insurance industry.
In-depth knowledge of insurance operations, products, regulations, and market dynamics in the MENA Region, Canada, and the USA.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to grasp complex technological concepts and articulate them effectively to diverse audiences.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and cultivating successful client relationships.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adept at working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools for managing workflows, analyzing data, and generating reports.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for client meetings, conferences, and business engagements.
