We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior QA Analyst to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.
As a Senior QA Analyst on this team, you will oversee and participate in requirements analysis, test case development, execution of tests, defect management and other Software Testing Lifecycle related activities.

A significant part of this role will be relationship building with both the delivery and business teams.
A strong-willed but cooperative approach is a must for this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end manual testing of the data integration platform, covering various functional areas and business scenarios.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers and developers, to understand requirements and define test objectives and strategies.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate platform functionality and ensure adherence to business and technical requirements.
• Utilize various interfaces such as Sabre UI tools, APIs and databases for test execution.
• Collaborate with other teams utilizing the same platform and share in reviewing respective testing approaches.
• Identify, log, and track defects and issues, and work closely with the development team to investigate and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Continuously assess and improve the manual testing process, methodologies, and techniques to optimize test coverage and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the development team to gain an in-depth understanding of the platform architecture and data flow for effective testing.
• Analyze test results and provide comprehensive test reports to stakeholders, highlighting any risks, issues, or areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned from testing activities.
• Proactively identify areas within the testing process that can be automated, including test data generation, repetitive test cases, and regression testing.
• Work closely with the test automation team to explore and implement automation solutions for identified test automation opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and techniques in software testing, particularly in test automation, and propose their adoption when appropriate.

Technical Skills

• OAuth:
  Understand grant types like Authorization Code, Implicit, Client Credentials, and Resource Owner Password credentials.
• OIDC:
  Familiarity with ID tokens, access tokens, scopes, claims, and userinfo endpoints.
• LDAP:
  Familiarity querying data.
  Ensure searching, and indexing functioning as expected on newly added attributes.
• Identity:
  Familiar with testing downstream provisioning ensuring correct data is abrogated to each integrated partner.
  Familiar with data migrations.
• Experience testing authentication flows using tools like Postman and testing identity provisioning APIs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience as a QA Analyst or in a similar role in the airline industry.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies and working within Agile teams.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, testing principles, and agile practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and provide practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
