The role requires an individual who can seamlessly manage executive schedules, coordinate high-level administrative functions, and support the sales leadership team in driving the organization's sales efforts.
The assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of both executive activities.
Reporting to the Managing Director, a successful candidate will possess the following skills:
Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with CRM and sales reporting tools (ie, SalesForce), and MS Office Suite (Excel, and PowerPoint).
Analytical skills:

Administrative Support for Executive Leadership:
-Schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and provide logistical support for sales leadership and executive personnel.-Take meeting minutes for internal sales meetings and leadership discussions.-Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations and other materials for meetings with internal teams or clients.-Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce systems or other sales tools.-Prepare and maintain sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and performance metrics.-Assist with managing the sales and marketing budgets and ensuring expenses are tracked.-Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce systems or other sales tools.-Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards or reports for sales leadership and other stakeholders.Marketing Support:
• Help coordinate events, webinars, trade shows, and promotional activities.-Tradeshow contracts and compliance coordination.
