We are looking for a full-time Revenue Operations Specialist to join us. Job Purpose

This role is pivotal in building, maintaining, and optimizing the processes and tools that support our revenue teams across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM management (specifically HubSpot), process design and implementation, and data analysis to drive revenue generation.

Duties and Responsibilities

CRM Management:

Maintain and optimize HubSpot to ensure it supports seamless workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Implement and manage integrations between HubSpot and other tools in our tech stack (e.g., marketing automation, sales enablement, customer success platforms).
Monitor CRM data quality and implement processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Process Design and Implementation:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and document revenue operations processes that align with business goals.
Build and implement these processes in HubSpot, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Continuously refine processes based on stakeholder feedback and performance metrics.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze data across the revenue cycle to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into KPIs for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership to drive strategic decision-making.

Go to Market Operations Support:

Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to understand their operational needs and priorities.
Act as a liaison between revenue teams and technical teams to ensure alignment on projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize campaign tracking and lead management processes.
Ensure alignment between marketing automation systems and HubSpot for accurate lead scoring, attribution, and handoffs to Sales.
Partner with the Sales team to optimize pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, providing insights on metrics such as win rates, deal velocity, and quota attainment.
Work with the Customer Success team to develop and implement processes for tracking customer health, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
Build and maintain customer success dashboards to provide visibility into key metrics such as churn rates, customer satisfaction, and net retention.
Assist in automating workflows to enhance the efficiency of Customer Success activities, such as onboarding and account management.

Enablement and Training:

Provide training and support to revenue team members to ensure effective use of HubSpot and adherence to processes.
Develop and maintain documentation for processes, tools, and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

University degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field in a B2B SaaS environment.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM is required; familiarity with additional tools (e.g., Apollo, NetSuite, marketing automation platforms) is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proficient in process design and implementation.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
