At Dollarama L.P., we are committed to delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Operations Supervisor to join our team in a full-time permanent position.
The Retail Operations Supervisor is responsible for supporting the management team in executing and overseeing the daily retail store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a well-organized and efficient store environment. This role involves assisting in the supervision and training of store associates, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and helping to meet sales targets.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need approximately one (1) year of relevant experience in the retail industry and at least one (1) year in a supervisory role. You should also have flexible availability required (day, evening, weekend) and ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, demonstrates leadership, organizational and teamwork skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, work in a dynamic, fast-paced and high-volume environment, and customer service oriented.
