Responsibilities

Champion and personify our values and culture
An entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of developing and executing growth plans that lead to annual business growth
Oversee your business unit's operational objectives, including quality, commercial/financial, people, and culture
Drive collaboration, identify opportunities and develop innovative strategies to expand services in the local market to achieve annual growth targets
Collaborate with leaders from other business units to secure new opportunities and optimize resource allocation
Attract, retain, motivate and inspire a team of Project Leaders
Lead with enthusiasm, delegate and empower teams
Coach your team's business development acumen
Work with all team members to develop and obtain the necessary qualifications, training, and experience to achieve their professional growth
Participate and present a unified company voice within the local business community, through networking, and active participation to help grow the business and recruit the best talent

Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations leadership and business unit growth, preferably in professional services
Professional industry credentials or MBA (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience)
Leadership experience in the diversification of a business and the development of new market opportunities
Clear understanding of a professional services business model, including workforce composition and resource management strategies, risk management strategies, and commercial strategies
An established network of industry contacts and relationships within the region as well as involvement with applicable regional industry and trade associations
Strong ability to build, lead and motivate teams in a matrix environment
Ability to meet or exceed financial business objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation and presentation skills including a proven ability to write winning proposals and win competitive interviews
The ability to project and maintain a positive outlook, demonstrate an energetic disposition, and mentor teams to achieve business growth ambitions
