WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Role:

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Business Solutions Architect to lead the strategic direction, implementation, and ongoing management of our NetSuite platform. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise, scripting abilities, and extensive experience in module implementation. As a key member of the IT team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing business processes and enabling operational excellence at CoolIT Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the roadmap for NetSuite initiatives to support CoolIT Systems' growth.
Stay current with NetSuite developments and recommend enhancements to leverage new features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and align NetSuite configurations with operational needs.
Manage and provide technical guidance to internal development resources and third-party consultants, to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
Design, implement, and manage the overall architecture and customization of the NetSuite platform.
Ensure system configurations align with business goals and best practices.
Develop and maintain custom scripts using Suite Script to enhance NetSuite functionality.

WHO YOU ARE:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a NetSuite administrator or architect.
Extensive experience with module implementation, including Financials, CRM, WIP and Routing, and Inventory Management.
Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture, workflows, custom records, and user roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

NetSuite certifications

Skills:

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
