At PwC, our people in experience consulting specialise in providing consulting services focused on enhancing customer and employee experiences. These individuals analyse client needs, design and implement experience strategies, and offer guidance and support to help clients create memorable and impactful experiences that drive customer loyalty and employee engagement.

Those in experience design at PwC will specialise in designing exceptional customer and employee experiences. Your work will involve utilising human-centred design principles to understand user needs, conduct research, and create intuitive and engaging experiences. Additionally, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that optimise interactions and deliver seamless experiences across various touchpoints.

What you will create and do

As an Intern in our Consulting practice, you will assist in analyzing current business models and proposing innovative solutions by conducting market research and competitive analysis to uncover industry trends and emerging opportunities. You will support the development of frameworks and strategies for business model innovation across various industries, collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable recommendations for clients, prepare presentations, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively, participate in brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate creative solutions for client challenges, and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.

What you bring to this role

Currently pursuing a degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field (second or third year preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for breaking down complex issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present to senior level executives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data visualization tools is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for innovation and strategic thinking
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
Ability to share and collaborate effectively with others, building relationships which are genuine and rooted in trust
Ability to easily adapt and prioritize, demonstrating project management skills to handle changing priorities
Previous experience in consulting, research, or business analysis is an asset but not required

Comfortable travelling to cities across Canada, if required
Authorization to work for PwC in Canada for the duration of the internship
We'd love it even more if you're bilingual in English and French, however this isn't a requirement
