Who We're Looking For

We're on the hunt for a Content Creator who's basically a Swiss Army Knife of creativity. You'll be designing graphics, snapping pics, shooting videos, and crafting social posts, stories, and reels that captivate audiences. We're talking about someone who's fearless behind a camera-taking stunning shots and videos, then editing them into scroll-stopping content. If you can also whip up ad creatives, nail on-site content shoots, and juggle multiple brands (while keeping each brand identity totally distinct), you might just be the crème de la crème we're looking for.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

• Whip up scroll-stopping visuals for social posts, ads, presentations, website graphics, email marketing templates, and other marketing materials for us and our clients. Your designs should pack a punch, grab attention, and stay on-brand-no cookie-cutter templates allowed… unless approved ;)

Social Content Creation

• We're talking dynamic posts, stories, reels-anything that'll stop thumbs mid-scroll. Whether it's brainstorming new concepts or reimagining a classic format, you'll be the go-to for social creatives.

Copywriting

• Show off your knack for words by writing compelling social media captions and email marketing copy that grab attention, tell a story, and convert. From punchy taglines to persuasive email subject lines, your writing should resonate with each brand's unique voice.

Photography & Videography

• We need someone who isn't afraid to get behind a camera and capture killer shots-on your own or on-site with clients. Think product shoots, behind-the-scenes footage, day-in-the-life reels, and anything else that brings our clients' brands to life. Brownie points if you can fly a drone.

Editing (Photo & Video)

• Polishing raw footage and images into something wow worthy is your forte. From subtle color corrections to smokin' transitions, you'll know exactly how to make visuals shine so our clients (and their audiences) can't help but binge-watch.

Ad Creation

• Conceptualize and design ads that deliver real results. We're after conversion-driving ads for every platform-Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, you name it. Your creative approach should push boundaries while staying true to each brand's vibe.

Brand Stewardship

• Channel your inner chameleon and hop into the shoes of multiple brands-without mixing them up. You'll guard their distinct voice, style, and aesthetic across all content, ensuring every brand remains unmistakably them.

Requirements:

Proven Experience

• You've got a track record(and bursting portfolio)in graphic design, social media content creation, photography, and video editing-and you're eager to show it off.

Degree Preferred

• A degree in Marketing or Business (or something closely related) is a big plus in our books.

Creative Tools

• You're no stranger to tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Figma or similar software.

Self-Starter Mentality

• We're a busy agency, so you'll need to jump in, own your projects, and bring your A-game without waiting for someone to hold your hand. If you're looking to prove yourself (and your creativity), we want you on the team.

Timely Delivery

• Because we've got a lot of moving parts, you'll need to produce assets on schedule-even when the pressure's on.

Client-Facing Confidence

• Comfortable conducting on-site content shoots? Check. You're personable, communicative, and love meeting with clients face-to-face and on Zoom.

Brand-Bending Skills

• Juggling multiple brand identities at once is your jam-shifting from high-energy reels for one client to sleek, polished visuals for another without missing a beat.

Communication Pro

• Whether you're talking to clients or collaborating with teammates, you can share ideas, take feedback like a champ, and keep the dialogue flowing like it's no sweat.

Valid AB Driver's License & Car

• You'll need a reliable way to zip around to client sites or events, so having your own ride is a must.

Gear Ready (Or Not)

• If you've got your own camera, lighting, and gear-awesome! If not, we've got the goods you need to get the job done.

Bonus Points if You're an Athlete

What We Offer:
