P5 Ventures is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our technology strategy and drive growth as we expand our Managed Services offerings. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CIO will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company, managing IT operations, and enhancing client experience through innovative technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management within an MSP environment, a strategic mindset, and proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall IT strategy in alignment with the company's vision and growth objectives.
Lead the IT department, including infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and service desk teams, ensuring high levels of performance and service delivery.
Identify emerging technologies and trends that can drive business innovation, improve client services, and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term goals, make investment decisions, and build scalable solutions.
Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our services.
Optimize service delivery processes using ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
Implement and manage best practices for network architecture, cloud infrastructure, backup and disaster recovery, and cybersecurity.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the technical teams to meet and exceed service level agreements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, building strong relationships, and understanding their business needs.
Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to develop proposals, present strategic IT plans, and support business development efforts.
Guide clients through digital transformation projects, including cloud migration, cybersecurity enhancements, and infrastructure upgrades.
Mentor and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
Promote a client-focused mindset throughout the organization, ensuring that customer satisfaction is at the forefront of all initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within an MSP or IT services environment.
Extensive experience with IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and network architecture.
Proven track record of implementing successful IT strategies and leading large-scale projects.
Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR) and industry best practices in data security and privacy.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience building and leading high-performance teams.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, vendors, and executive stakeholders.

Pay: $150,000.00-$186,871.18 per year
