We are looking for a like-minded individual to join our team as a Change Management Consultant.

This role is permanent full-time.

Job Summary

As a Change Management Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting change management initiatives across a range of clients to enhance adoption of change, decrease resistance, and drive engagement.
You will support and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of client organizations to identify opportunities to build change networks, and drive sponsorship engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Serves as a change agent, business partner, coach and facilitator
Supports the change plans to ensure leaders and sponsors receive the right level of change support throughout the change process
Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
Supports the change team
Support the creation of various change management tactics
Understand and mitigate resistance to change
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to identify and prioritize areas for network building such as change champions or driving sponsorship engagement
Facilitate workshops with impacted stakeholders to drive a high awareness of the change
Develop communications that are project and client specific that are fit-for-purpose

Qualifications

Change Management specific certification (PROSCI preferred) or commensurate experience
3-5 years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of driving results through change management methodologies
Has a growth mindset, and is willing to be coached
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Must be eligible to work in Canada
Must be proficient in English, written and verbal
French proficiency would be considered an asset

Additional Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about change management.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of successfully applying change management methodologies.
Calgary location preferred
Some travel may be required to remote client worksites in industrial settings.
Certain projects may require up to 50% of the year at remote client sites throughout Canada and the United States.
