In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a collegial team and hone your skills in Financial Services.The successful candidate will have the following:
1-3 years of private practice experience working in corporate law and/or financial services with a national or a reputable regional law firm;Syndicated lending, leveraged finance, infrastructure finance, structured finance, and securitizations would be considered to be an asset;Strong analytical and drafting skills;Strong academic credentialsExcellent interpersonal and client service skills and the ability to work well on a variety of teams;A law degree and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.Our client is offering the following:
