Compensation Package:

Competitive Salary: Negotiable monthly allowance based on experience, plus potential earnings through a percentage of production.

Comprehensive Care: Diagnose and treat dental conditions, developing preventive or corrective treatment plans.
Diverse Procedures: Perform a variety of dental services, including restorations, root canals, cosmetic dentistry, and more.

Specialist Referrals: Refer patients to dental specialists for advanced procedures when necessary.

Requirements:

DDS/DMD degree with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Florida or the ability to obtain one.
CPR-ACLS Certification.
Clinical knowledge and experience in Oral Surgery and Molar Endodontics.
A desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs.

As an independent contractor, you must maintain your own malpractice insurance policy and have 1099 Employee status. You will also have access to minimum PHI necessary for job-related functions and will be required to undergo regular HIPAA training to safeguard PHI.
