About the Opportunity

CJ Campbell Insurance has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Insurance Executive, Personal Lines based in Calgary, Alberta, with a hybrid work model available after orientation.

In this role, you will be part of our esteemed Club 1912 Division, working closely with high-net-value clients and prestigious individuals.
You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most successful leaders and innovators in their fields, building relationships that go beyond insurance to truly safeguard their futures.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing a high-value personal lines book of business, including renewals, endorsements, and new business
• Delivering exceptional customer care tailored to the unique needs of our high net worth clientele, driving organic growth through related product promotion
• Taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring problems are resolved promptly
• Maintaining accurate records and documenting customer service actions and discussions in the broker management system
• Collaborating with New Business, Renewal Review, and Administrative teams to foster an environment of encouragement and empowerment
• Staying informed of industry developments and applying best practices for continuous improvement
• Managing resources effectively and utilizing assets to meet both qualitative and quantitative goals
• Organizing workflow efficiently, prioritizing tasks to maintain orderly operations
• Monitoring insurance claims to ensure they are handled to the satisfaction of all parties involved

More About You

To qualify, you will need 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry and a Level 1 Alberta Insurance Council (AIC) General Insurance License, with a Level 2 License being strongly preferred.

If you have fewer years of experience but the transferable skills, determination to excel, or CAIB equivalents, we encourage you to apply; we'll assist with license transfers.

The following skills and experience will be strong assets:

• Possession of a Level 2 General Insurance Agent License from the Insurance Council of British Columbia (ICBC) (asset)
• Demonstrated experience working with high-net-value clients
• Familiarity with insurance companies and their portals
• Experience working with our carriers:
  Chubb, Aviva Ovation, and Intact Prestige
• Working knowledge of Applied Epic, ARS, and Microsoft Office 365
• Awareness of the latest technology trends and applications in the industry
• Superior organizational skills and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong client-facing and communication abilities
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Residing within a commutable distance according to business needs
