Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 6 to 10 years of experience in SAP Standard Order to Cash and IT business support within the Industrial Manufacturing domain. This hybrid role requires a candidate who can effectively bridge technical and business requirements ensuring seamless operations and support. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and support of SAP Standard Order to Cash processes.
  • Oversee the integration of SAP solutions within the Industrial Manufacturing domain.
  • Provide expert-level support for IT business operations.
  • Ensure seamless operation of SAP systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SAP processes and configurations.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on SAP functionalities.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Support end-users by troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related issues.
  • Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business goals and objectives.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in SAP Standard Order to Cash processes.
  • Demonstrate strong IT business support skills within the Industrial Manufacturing domain.
  • Have a proven track record of successful SAP implementations and support.
  • Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related issues.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Hold a relevant certification in SAP Order to Cash or similar.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Maintain a strong focus on achieving business outcomes.
  • Have a solid understanding of system integration and data integrity.
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Demonstrate the ability to mentor and train junior team members.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues.
