This role is to join the New Ventures team in São Paulo, responsible for ensuring the success of the partner payment process and maintaining up-to-date partner registration information.
As a Clinical Operations Analyst, you will define pricing strategies, analyze workflows to identify improvements, and establish tools to measure and deliver data-driven insights.
The position will work closely with team leaders to enhance operational productivity and quality.YOUR IMPACTEnsure the success of the partner payment process.Maintain up-to-date partner registration information.Define pricing strategies for partners.Conduct in-depth analysis of existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and propose changes to enhance operational productivity and quality.Establish processes and tools to collect and measure relevant data, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver data-driven analyses of critical functions.Embrace the mission:
