We are hiring a Technology Consultant for the above client. Since this position (Technology Consultant) will be interfacing with highly accomplished and successful clients, the individual we hire for this position

What you will do:

After we have trained you and provided you all of the necessary information (e.g. what criteria to use for evaluation, how to reach out via email, how to interview a client on the phone, etc.), you will be expected to perform three main tasks:

1) You will review client files and use your critical thinking skills, along with the training we'll provide, to decide a) whether you should contact that particular client and b) the most appropriate method to contact them (e.g. by email, phone, or SMS messaging, etc.).

2) Using the training we provide you along with your excellent verbal communication skills, you will conduct phone interviews to evaluate the Technical Skills (e.g. Software Programming), Communication skills, and similar areas of the clients assigned to you.

3) Using your excellent writing skills, you will create concise summaries of your interviews and also provide recommendations on the next steps for each client.

You must have:

A minimum of 3 years of PROFESSIONAL or Academic communications experience in the areas of Management Consulting, Market Research, Teaching, Sales, Marketing, or similar field where you interfaced with educated individuals for professional reasons.

A reliable PC/Laptop with headset (headphones and microphone)

A reliable High Speed Internet connection

A quiet area to work inside your home or office WITHOUT interruptions

Ability to speak English fluently and to be able to communicate over the phone in a clear and concise manner

Ability to read AND understand scripts word for word, resulting in completed valid and successful interviews

Ability to type accurately using a keyboard, with the ability to take precise dictation

Work Hours:

Our clients are based in the Pacific Time Zone (GMT -08:00) and therefore this role will be required to work daytime hours (e.g. 8am-5pm PST with 1 hour lunch).

Ideally, we are looking for individuals who can work full-time (i.e. Monday-to-Friday 8am-to-5pm PST) but we are also open to highly qualified candidates who can work 20+ hours per week.

Compensation:

This is primarily a salaried position, as opposed to a "commission based" position.

Compensation can vary widely depending on each candidate's particular qualifications. If you don't have significant experience and demonstrated success, please don't ask for the top end of the salary range.

Monthly salary for this role ranges from USD $1200.00 to USD $2000.00, again depending on the qualifications of the individual.

We also have a 15% Performance bonus plan, allowing our consultants to earn additional compensation based on their performance.

Payments will be made to Consultants on a weekly basis via Western Union, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Payoneer, Transferwise (fka Wise), or a similar payment platform.
