High School, Diploma in Business or Bachelor's degree, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales

Job Responsibilities
Actively promote and rent our properties to potential buyers
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to potential buyers
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategic method in attracting new clients to rent out our flats and studio
Attend events and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand the company's network
Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from clients in a timely manner
Keep accurate records of sales and maintain an organized client database
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company
Knowledge and Skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in sales and renting facilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
Highly motivated, with a strong drive for success and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Valid real estate license is preferred
