Job Title: Night Auditor
Department: Finance/OperationsReports to: Directors and Main Office
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee the nightly financial and operational audit processes for our chain of nightclubs and restaurants. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in auditing and remain highly focused on their responsibilities. This role requires vigilance in identifying theft, policy violations, and operational discrepancies, and the Night Auditor will be directly responsible for reporting to the main office and directors.
Key Responsibilities:
Nightly Audits: Conduct thorough audits of financial transactions, cash flow, and operational processes across all locations during the night shift, ensuring all records and reports are accurate and compliant with company policies.
Policy Enforcement: Identify and report any staff members who are engaging in theft, fraud, or not adhering to company policies.
Monitoring Operations: Maintain vigilance throughout the night to detect any operational issues or inefficiencies.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare nightly reports that detail financial performance, discrepancies, and any staff violations.
Driving Requirements: Must possess a valid driving license as travel between locations during the night shift may be required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in auditing, preferably in the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
Ability to remain focused under pressure
Driving License: A valid driving license is required for this role.
Work Ethic: A high level of integrity, accountability, and professional conduct is essential.

Discipline: The ability to stay on task and maintain focus.
Confidentiality: Discretion is key; confidentiality must be maintained at all times.
Reporting Structure: The Night Auditor will report exclusively to the main office and the directors.
Work Hours: This is a night-shift position, requiring availability throughout the late evening and early morning hours.
