Descripción del empleoOfrecer constantemente un servicio profesional, amigable y atractivo.
Supervisar y garantizar que se sigan todos los servicios, protocolos y procedimientos de fitness.
Garantizar la limpieza del área de fitness, incluido todo el equipo.
Garantizar el buen funcionamiento de todos los equipos mediante verificaciones de servicio periódicas e informar las órdenes de trabajo con prontitud.
Planificar y realizar sesiones de ejercicios físicos, sesiones de entrenamiento personal, experiencias de entrenamiento en grupo y sesiones de educación en el servicio.
Mantener un conocimiento profundo de todos los equipos de fuerza y cardio y sus programas, así como del uso, alineación y seguridad adecuados.
Mantener certificaciones profesionales mientras se busca continuamente un mayor grado de conocimiento y experiencia.
Proporcionar un alto nivel de satisfacción a los huéspedes a través de una comunicación efectiva.
Ayudar en el reclutamiento, desarrollo y capacitación de todo el personal de fitness.
Garantizar la dotación de personal y la programación adecuadas de acuerdo con las pautas de productividad.
Seguir las políticas y procedimientos departamentales.
Siga todas las políticas de seguridad y saneamiento.
Otras tareas que le sean asignadas.
RequisitosSe requiere experiencia previa como instructor de fitness de 1 año.
Inglés intermedio avanzado.
Se prefiere certificación en RCP y primeros auxilios.
Se prefiere certificación en una disciplina relacionada con el fitness.
Experiencia en clases grupales, es decir, clases de Aqua, HIIT, Boot Camp, boxeo, etc.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.
Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de resolución de problemas.
Altamente responsable y confiable.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma cohesiva como parte de un equipo.
Capacidad para centrar la atención en las necesidades de los huéspedes, manteniendo la calma y la cortesía en todo momento.
