We are currently seeking a friendly and skilled Barista/Server to join our team and deliver outstanding customer experience.WE ARE ONLY LOOKING TO HIRE PERSONNEL CURRENTLY AVAILABLE IN BAHRAIN AND WITH VALID WORKING VISAS.Job Responsibilities:
Prepare Coffees & Beverages:
Craft high-quality coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to Zimari Bakery's standards.Serve Authentic Greek Baked Goods:
Present and recommend our signature Greek pastries and breads to customers, sharing knowledge about our unique offerings.Take Orders:
Accurately and efficiently take customer orders at the counter or table, ensuring all preferences and requests are met.Customer Service Excellence:
Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere by engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.Work as a Team-Player:
Assist fellow team members during busy hours, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.Maintain Cleanliness:
Keep the work area, equipment, and seating area clean and organized at all times.Requirements:
Strong English and communication skills (both verbal and written).Prior experience as a barista or in a similar food service role is preferred but not required.Enthusiastic, customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.Ability to work 6 days a week, within the operating hours of 8:
00 AM to 6:
