Jouw taken:
• Dagelijkse afhandeling en opvolging van transportorders
• Proactief rapporteren van problemen / vertragingen aan de klant
• Creatief en kosteneffectief meedenken met de klant om problemen op te lossen
• Behandelen van extra kosten en, indien mogelijk, deze kosten terugvorderen

• Minimaal een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
• Relevante ervaring in klantenservice of in de logistieke sector
• Talenkennis Nederlands en Frans heel goed gesproken en geschreven. Ook vlot Engelstalig? Dan is dit een plus, geen must
• Communicatieve vaardigheden en competente onderhandelaar

• Afwisselend uurrooster, werken tussen 8u en 18u
• Je kan opstarten tussen 8u en 9u en stoppen tussen 17u en 18u

• Je komt terecht in een ervaren en stabiel team van 4 personen
• Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan coordinator Customer Service en in 2e lijn aan Customer service Manager
