We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Project Management and working closely with executive leadership, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative and strategic projects that align with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
As a senior Project Manager, you will
Oversee all phases of projects, from initial planning and cost estimation to execution and delivery.
Manage time, cost, and quality to ensure successful project outcomes.
Coordinate requirements with customers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with objectives.
Lead and motivate project teams with clear guidance and effective delegation.
Apply industry-standard project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2) to manage risks, issues, and change control.
Develop and maintain project plans in ServiceNow and ensure compliance with internal directives and best practices.
Utilize enterprise tools to monitor financial performance and execute duties within Procure-to-Pay processes.
Foster effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and steering committees.
Monitor progress and initiate corrective actions to keep projects on track and within budget.

We seek a proactive leader with a track record of delivering results. Ideal candidates will have:
Essential experience and education
A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
A recognized project management qualification (e.g., Prince2 Practitioner, MSP, Agile, or PMI-based techniques).
Expertise in managing complex communication and information systems.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
Proven accountability for project deliverables, customer satisfaction, and resource management.
Eligibility for and ability to obtain the necessary security clearance, which is mandatory for this position.
Language proficiency: English is the primary working language, but proficiency in other languages is a plus
Desirable experience and skills
Recent experience in managing major communication or information systems projects.
Proficiency with project planning tools, particularly ServiceNow.
Certifications in Agile methodologies (Agile PM, Scrum) and IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL Foundation).
Experience in cloud infrastructure deployment (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and transitioning projects to operations.
Strong skills in supplier management, contract negotiations, and mentoring junior project managers.
