Wij zijn op zoek naar een Sales hunter voor een groeiend fleet bedrijf in Vilvoorde. Om hun groei verder te versnellen, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Sales developer die de commerciële ambities mee helpt waarmaken. Ben jij een commerciële duizendpoot die graag nieuwe opportuniteiten creëert, houdt van uitdaging en klantgericht werken? Dan is dit de perfecte rol voor jou!
Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar je nauw samenwerkt met verschillende afdelingen zoals customer care, marketing en management. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de commercieel directeur.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je sales, business development en strategische inzichten:
Sales:
• Actief prospecteren naar nieuwe klanten.
• Presenteren van onze diensten aan prospecten.
• Onderhandelen over prijzen en sluiten van deals.
• Opmaken van prijsoffertes en bezoekverslagen.
• Beheren van je eigen administratie.
• Ondersteunen van de commercieel directeur met prijsoffertes, commerciële mails en presentaties.
• Organiseren van workshops en business events samen met de marketingafdeling.
Business Development:
• Bevorderen van onze groei en het versterken van onze marktpositie.
• Genereren van leads via verschillende kanalen (telefoon, e-mail, sociale media, campagnes, workshops, etc.).
• Bijwonen van netwerkevents binnen de fleet-markt.
Strategie en rapportage:
• Actief bijdragen aan de commerciële strategie door marktinzichten te delen.
• Analyseren, opvolgen en rapporteren van verkoopresultaten aan het management.Profiel- Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma in een relevante richting of gelijkwaardig door
ervaring.
• Je bent commercieel ingesteld en weet klanten te overtuigen.
• Ervaring in sales development is een must.
• Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in het Nederlands, Frans en
Engels.
• Je hebt een representatieve en professionele uitstraling.
