Notre partenaire, un acteur clé dans son secteur, recherche un Supply Chain Expert passionné et prêt à relever des défis stimulants.
En tant qu'Expert en Supply Chain, vous jouerez un rôle stratégique au cœur des opérations en prenant la direction d'une équipe de 15 collaborateurs. Votre mission consistera à piloter et optimiser l'ensemble des processus d'approvisionnement et de gestion des flux pour garantir la performance et l'efficacité de la chaîne de production.
Vos responsabilités principales :
•Définir et assurer des plannings de production performants, alignés avec les besoins opérationnels.
•Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes pour anticiper les besoins et prévenir les ruptures d'approvisionnement.
•Superviser la gestion des stocks en veillant à une disponibilité optimale des ressources.
•Gérer l'import et l'export des matériaux tout en assurant la conformité réglementaire.
•Suivre et contrôler l'ensemble des flux de matériaux, depuis la réception jusqu'à l'utilisation finale.
•Garantir la cohérence entre les flux physiques et informatiques pour une gestion fluide des opérations.
•Encadrer, inspirer et développer une équipe de 15 personnes en favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et motivant.
•Évaluer les performances et initier des actions d'amélioration continue.
•Contribuer activement à des projets stratégiques visant l'excellence opérationnelle.
Profil•Diplôme en supply chain ou logistique.
•Expérience confirmée de minimum 5 ans dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans un secteur exigeant.
•Maîtrise indispensable de SAP ; la connaissance d'un système MES est un atout.
•Compétences linguistiques :
Français niveau C1, Anglais niveau B2.
•Certificat de bonne vie et mœurs vierge.
