Your duties:
• Provide first line support for international breakdowns: Wherever our customers are in Europe, you will be there to help them and address their concerns.
• Maintain regular contact with dealers and customers: So that everyone is always informed about the progress of repairs.
• Working together in a dedicated team: You will be part of a team that is committed 24/7 to providing our customers with the best possible support.
Profiel-Bachelor thinking level.
• Fluent in English, Polish & another Eastern language (minimum B2 level).
• Flexible in working hours: Working in a full-time system is not a problem for you; rather, you enjoy the variety.
• Driving license B: You must be able to come to the company independently.
AanbodFixed contract fixed term (no interim contract, yes Volvo Contract).
• Working hours: 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week.
• Full time schedule with rotation of weekends and night shifts every 6 to 8 weeks.
• Work from home policy: 50% after training period.
• Vacation days: 20 days.
