As an Administrative and Reception Support staff member, you will be part of an international Corporate Operations Management team at the headquarters in Mechelen, Belgium. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently supporting daily operations by performing reception and administrative tasks and providing assistance to various departments such as finance, purchasing, and technical teams.
Your Responsibilities:
• Welcome and register visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience
• Approve and process invoices for taxis, hotels, and related services
• Register packages, notify recipients, and coordinate shipments with carriers
• Manage inventory and check stock levels
• Coordinate the disposal of equipment
• Support the technical team with assembling and disassembling equipment as needed.
• Prepare basic reports and assist with purchasing tasks
• On the long term, there may be opportunities to make deliveries and possibly even drive to our offices abroad
Profiel• A few years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent in Dutch and English (English is the office's primary language)
• Knowledge of French is definitely a plus
• In possession of a valid driving license
• Willing to commit to an interim contract with full-time office presence (no remote work)
• Strong organizational skills and a customer-oriented service mindset
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and flexibility in performing various tasks
• Dynamic and motivated to build a long-term career, with the potential for a permanent position
AanbodOffer:
• Full-time employment
• Starting from 7:30 AM, with work ending no later than 5:00 PM
• Competitive salary of €2543 gross per month (€15.44 per hour), with the potential for an increase after 3 months
