Als administratief medewerker en receptieondersteuning maak je deel uit van een internationale Corporate Operations Management team op het hoofdkantoor in Mechelen, België. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt ondersteunen van de dagelijkse werking door receptie- en administratieve taken uit te voeren en ondersteuning te bieden aan verschillende afdelingen zoals finance, inkoop en techniek.
Jouw takenpakket:
• Het verwelkomen en registreren van bezoekers, en zorgen voor een professionele en vriendelijke ontvangst
• Het goedkeuren en verwerken van facturen voor taxi's, hotels en gerelateerde diensten
• Het registreren van pakketten, notificeren van ontvangers en coördineren van zendingen met vervoerders
• Het beheren van de inventaris en het controleren van voorraden
• Het coördineren van de afvoer van apparatuur
• Het ondersteunen van het technische team bij het monteren en demonteren van apparatuur
• Het voorbereiden van eenvoudige rapporten en ondersteuning bij inkoopactiviteiten
• Op langere termijn bestaat de mogelijkheid om leveringen te doen en mogelijk zelfs naar onze kantoren in het buitenland te rijden
Profiel• Enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol
• Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels (Engels is de voertaal op kantoor)
• Kennis Frans is zeker een pluspunt
• In het bezit van een rijbewijs
• Bereid om een interim-contract aan te gaan met een voltijdse aanwezigheid op kantoor (geen thuiswerk)
• Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en klantgerichte service
• Een proactieve, hands-on instelling en flexibel in het uitvoeren van diverse taken
• Dynamisch en gemotiveerd om een langdurige carrière op te bouwen, met uitzicht op evetueel een vast contract

• Starten vanaf 7u30, ten laatste werken tot 17u
• Competitief salaris van €2543 bruto per maand (€15,44 per uur), met mogelijkheid op verhoging na 3 maanden
