Als Technical Support Engineer ben je een onmisbare schakel in het Engineering team.
Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan collega's in alle afdelingen, waaronder Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, Customer Care en Engineering.
Je zet je vaardigheden in voor het bouwen en homologeren van nieuwe producten, het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van onderhoud en reparaties, en nog veel meer.
Wat behoort tot je takenpakket? Onze Technical Support Engineers staan gedurende de werkuren altijd paraat voor technische ondersteuning op diverse terreinen: - Manufacturing: Oplossen van problemen en behandelen van niet-conformiteiten.
• Operations: Beoordelen van technische aspecten van producten en alternatieven, en het beantwoorden van technische vragen van leveranciers.
• Sales: Verzamelen en verstrekken van technische informatie.
• Customer care: Bieden van technische ondersteuning aan klanten.
• Engineering: Assisteren bij technische uitvoerende taken, alsook bij de bouw en testen van prototypes.
Jij bent de eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische ondersteuning via telefoon en e-mail, zowel voor collega's, klanten als partners.
Je houdt toezicht op de montage van prototypes en biedt begeleiding bij het opstellen van werkinstructies.
Het uitvoeren van homologaties volgens voorgeschreven procedures en het rapporteren aan de Project Manager behoren tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
Je deelt en verwerkt suggesties ter verbetering van zowel nieuwe als bestaande producten en processen.
Daarnaast draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor de voorbereiding en/of uitvoering van onderhouds- en herstelwerkzaamheden, zowel ter plaatse als op locatie.
Profiel We zoeken een technisch genie met een bachelor diploma in mechanica of elektromechanica (of vergelijkbare ervaring).
Je hebt kennis van laagspanning en elektrische schakelingen.
Daarnaast ben je creatief, bekend met ERP-systemen en Microsoft Office, en bezit je een BA-5 attest.
Belangrijker nog, je hebt een positieve instelling, bent een teamspeler en barst van de ideeën om onze producten en processen te verbeteren.
