Binnen onze divisie van Large Enterprises speelt de unit 'Implementation' een cruciale rol in het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen, implementeren en onderhouden van innovatieve HR-oplossingen.
Wat krijg je in de plaats? Een dynamische rol als implementatieconsultant, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor het implementeren van diverse geavanceerde producten binnen de ruime e Blox suite omgeving met oplossingen zoals de budgetmodule, de decentrale oplossing e Blox onsite en het realiseren van interfaces tussen e Blox en diverse ERP-systemen van onze klanten.
Jouw uitdagingen: Leiden van gevarieerde consultancyprojecten bij onze klanten, inclusief implementatie van nieuwe/aangepaste producten & diensten, interfaces en rapportages.
Actief meedenken met klanten om hun huidige processen, tools en systemen te optimaliseren voor een verbeterde dienstverlening.
Nemen van functionele verantwoordelijkheid van A tot Z: van analyse en planning tot communicatie en training bij klanten.
Projectmatig werken in samenwerking met collega's, klanten en leveranciers.
Bewaken van projectbudgetten en zorgen voor rendabele omzet.
Ondersteunen van het commerciële proces, van presalestrajecten tot dienst na verkoop.
Jij, de ideale kandidaat Minimaal 4 à 5 jaar relevante ervaring.
Sterke technisch-analytische vaardigheden.
Een consultancy attitude met uitstekende communicatievaardigheden.
Klant- en resultaatgerichte instelling.
Hands-on, leergierig en stressbestendig.
Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een plus.
Kennis van payroll, e Blox en/of Nilos is een plus maar geen vereiste.
