Nous recherchons un assistant de gestion et d'exportation pour une entreprise de Kortenberg spécialisée dans le matériel de bricolage.
En tant qu'assistante de gestion et d'exportation, vous rejoindrez la division commerciale Afrique.
Vos tâches :
• Vous rapportez au responsable export et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le chef de produit et de compte.
• Vous recherchez les informations nécessaires sur les visites des clients étrangers et organisez le voyage (billets, hôtel, . ).
• Vous organisez des salles de réunion, des conférences téléphoniques, .
• Vous êtes responsable du suivi administratif du bureau au Maroc.
• Vous préparez les rapports et les paiements.
• Vous parlez aux clients par téléphone et par e-mail et répondez aux questions concernant les commandes, les livraisons et les éventuelles réclamations.
• Vous enregistrez les commandes et suivez les livraisons en collaboration avec l'entrepôt.
• Vous êtes responsable de la transmission des instructions aux partenaires d'expédition concernant le transport et l'exportation hors des pays de l'UE.
Profil Votre profil:
• Vous avez une très bonne connaissance écrite et orale du Français et de l'Anglais
• Vous avez déjà une 1ère expérience dans un poste similaire
• Vous avez connaissance des réglementations douanières, des codes tarifaires et des réglementations et des incoterms
• Vous avez une bonne connaissance de MS Office avec une très bonne connaissance d'Excel
• Vous êtes communicant et de préférence orienté technique
• Vous êtes discret dans le traitement des données confidentielles
• Vous savez respecter les délais et établir des priorités
