En tant que Chef d'équipe technique, vous jouez un rôle central dans la gestion opérationnelle et l'organisation des interventions de maintenance corrective et préventive pour une équipe de 13 électriciens. Votre mission principale est d'assurer le bon fonctionnement des installations basse tension, du contrôle d'accès, des systèmes d'intrusion, et de la détection incendie des bâtiments et stations de la Business Unit Charleroi.
Vos défis quotidiens :
• Coordonner et planifier les interventions de maintenance curative et préventive.
• Encadrer, motiver et fédérer votre équipe autour d'objectifs communs.
• Partager votre expertise technique sur le terrain pour accompagner et former vos collaborateurs.
• Collaborer efficacement avec les autres services internes et les sous-traitants.
• Gérer les chantiers, de la préparation au suivi, en garantissant respect des délais et des normes de sécurité.
• Faciliter l'intégration et la formation des nouveaux membres de l'équipe.
ProfilVous êtes une personne de terrain, capable de manager une équipe tout en apportant des solutions concrètes et proactives.
Vos atouts :
• Diplôme technique de niveau secondaire supérieur (CESS) minimum, avec 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
• Permis C ou volonté de l'obtenir grâce à une formation prise en charge.
• Orienté solution, vous faites preuve de précision et de réactivité.
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office) ou capacité à vous former rapidement.
• Intérêt pour les évolutions technologiques de votre métier.
