Fonction
Responsabilités en tant que Patrouilleur:
• Après réception d'une demande d'intervention de la part du dispatching, tu te rends chez le client afin de l'aider le plus rapidement possible.
• Une fois sur place, tu localises les problèmes de manière rapide et efficace, tu poses un diagnostic correct, dépannes et offres des solutions techniques et pratiques dans le but d'assurer une mobilité rapide du client.
• Selon la nature de la panne - mécanique, électronique ou autre - tu répares le véhicule, fais appel à un service de remorquage, remorques toi-même ou proposes un véhicule de remplacement en fonction des conditions générales prévues dans le contrat client et du véhicule dont tu disposes.
• Une fois toutes les données concernant l'intervention encodées dans l'ordinateur, tu te rends chez le client suivant.

Est en possession d'un diplôme en mécanique automobile, électromécanique.
En possession d'un autre diplôme, mais des expériences pertinentes? Tu es, bien sûr, également le/la bienvenu(e);
A déjà plusieurs années d'expérience en tant que mécanicien automobile, patrouilleur, dépanneur,.

Possède au moins le permis B (C / CE est un plus) pour la fonction de patrouilleur;
A une bonne connaissance ou expérience en électricité, automécanique et des voitures hybrides et est prêt à apprendre de nouvelles technologies;
Travaille rapidement, de manière précise avec une grande orientation commerciale & clients;
Peut faire face à la flexibilité demandée dans ce travail:
être prêt à travailler en shift et occasionnellement le weekend ;
