Vos responsabilités principales :
Garantir un flux optimal des marchandises :
réception, stockage, préparation, expédition, et suivi administratif.
Planifier et organiser les opérations quotidiennes en optimisant les ressources humaines :
gestion des plannings, suivi de l'absentéisme et respect des horaires.
Accompagner et développer votre équipe :
intégrer les nouveaux membres, réaliser des évaluations régulières, et veiller au bien-être de chacun sur le terrain.
Assurer la sécurité :
sensibiliser votre équipe aux règles de sécurité, identifier et signaler les situations à risque, et mettre en place des mesures correctives adaptées.
Superviser la conformité :
garantir le respect des réglementations en vigueur, notamment en matière de sécurité alimentaire et des normes internationales applicables.
Gérer les stocks :
effectuer des inventaires complets et réguliers pour assurer une gestion précise et actualisée.
Suivre et analyser les performances :
surveiller les tableaux de bord et les indicateurs clés afin d'identifier les axes d'amélioration et de piloter efficacement l'activité.ProfilQui recherchons-nous ?
Formation et expérience :
Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau bachelier ou disposez d'une expérience équivalente, idéalement dans le domaine de la logistique.
Maîtrise des langues :
Vous parlez couramment le français. Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais est un atout apprécié.
Affinité avec la technologie :
Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils numériques et curieux(se) d'apprendre de nouveaux systèmes, tels que l'ERP du client ou le WMS.
Flexibilité et adaptabilité :
Vous comprenez les spécificités d'un environnement opérationnel et êtes prêt(e) à assumer des responsabilités variées.
Gestion du stress :
Vous savez garder votre sang-froid face aux imprévus et gérer efficacement les situations sous pression.

Vous êtes capable d'adapter vos priorités en fonction des besoins de l'équipe et de l'activité.
